Aquaclear Lake Management, Inc. is experienced with a wide range of lakes and ponds, from small ponds to large commercial waterways. Licensed Experienced Applicators

All aquatic applications are conducted by certified, licensed, and insured applicators. Our professional applicators are trained and experienced lake, pond, and wetland managers with years of specialized experience. Jason Sorenson, President, managed the aquatic programs of corporate, private, and public properties, including top tier PGA golf courses throughout West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami in southern Florida before returning to the midwest. Local lawn and landscaping companies have attempted to perform aquatic work, however, without formal training and the proper equipment, results have been minimal and potentially damaging. Whether your lake or pond is large or small, our equipment and experience can meet your needs. Based on the size of the water body, the analysis of nuissance weeds and grasses, and the needs of our clients, we choose from both land and water-based application equipment. This includes:

Our boat equipment has been specially designed and engineered for aquatic spray applications to accomplish a more complete saturation and penetration on the target species by using a precise amount of product in an efficient manner.

Aquaclear Lake Management, Inc. only uses algaecides and herbicides that have been registered and labeled for use by the EPA and the Iowa State Department of Agriculture. These materials are proven to be both environmentally safe and effective in aquatic environments.

Seven-Month Lake Program

The Aquaclear Program caters to the individual needs of your water body, utilizing a prevention-based weed management program from April through October. Our aquatic technicians provide complete weed and algae control with regularly scheduled inspections and applications. We begin by evaluating your lake’s water and shoreline to identify which nuissance algae, aquatic and/or shoreline weeds are present. Our clients always receive an individualized program customized to their specific needs, in order to restore and maintain the beauty of their aquatic environment.
